Test Development Engineer

Reporting to the Test Development Manager, Test Development Engineer role involves the development, improvement and/or transfer of test solutions.

What a typical day looks like:

• You will prepare and agree with other team members and the client a project plan and ensures implementation of the plan in agreed terms;
• Design and develop analog / digital circuits (including electrical design scheme of PCB) to test the product according to specifications;
• Design software sequences for product testing;
• Prepare reports and documents related to HW / SW design;
• Perform the verification of testing solution in accordance with standard requirements and / or the rules in force;
• Evaluate the SW / HW design and system performance in verification phases;
• Deal with manufacturer or supplier accreditation for obtaining the most advantageous option;
• Communicate with the customer on technical matters.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Degree in Electronics / Computers / Automation or equivalent;
• Knowledge of architecture and system design and assembly processes for printed circuit boards;
• Knowledge of test and measuring equipment;
• Experience in using microcontrollers;
• Analytical thinking, organizational skills and flexibility;
• Communication and presentation skills;
• Proficient level of English;
• Will be a plus any competencies of circuit, dielectric insulation, functional, final tests (FABmaster / LabView / TestStand) or knowledge in radio frequency, analog, digital signals;
• Programming languages: C, C#, C++, Visual C, Visual BASIC – will be considered an advantage;
• Experience in production environment of small or large series.
