We are looking for an experienced Sales Controller that will ensure high data quality for both actual and budget on a monthly basis. This is a global position for our R&D Business Unit. 

Most important activities:

  • Support in Price Effect Verification with Plant Controlling for Actual Closing and Bottom Up FC;
  • Support in Deep Dive Analysis (comparing Actual / FC / Budget Price, Run Rate Calculation, R&O Estimation);
  • Support in Budget Price Verification, Alignment with PL Controllers;
  • Implementation of Sales Price Database;
  • Tracking Actual, Maintenance Saving Tracker Tool;
  • Alignment Budget and FC;
  • Tracking Actual;
  • Verification FC;
  • Opportunity Tracking;
  • Quarterly Review with Plant, PL Controllers and Customer Centers;
  • Back Up for Sales Feedback Collection, Consolidation and Database Preparation;
  • Implementation of Weekly Tracking PowerBI;
  • Monthly Preparation of PL Sales Packages incl. Preparation of Database;
  • Monthly Preparation of Presentation for Customer Segment Jour Fixe;
  • Preparation of Budget Sales Slides for PL Review and CFO Review;

 

Job Requirements:

  • Completed University Degree (Bachelor/Master) in Economy/Finance&Banking/Audit/Business Administration;
  • High competencies in Excel;
  • SAP knowledge;
  • Advance English skills - both wrriten and spoken;
  • MS Office Package (Word; Outlook; Powerpoint);
  • Financial working background;
