The team you'll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

 

What you will learn and contribute to

The selected person will report to the Enterprise Global Sales Operations Leader and will be responsible to evaluate and identify trends in sales by analysing industry data, from both within and outside Nokia. This involves collecting and examining data and using the information gathered to create coherent, intelligent reports & analytics, then presenting the outcomes to own team and management.

  • Sales Analytics & Metric 
  • Risks/Opportunities & Rest of Pipeline
  • Constant follow-up on the opportunity’s status according to the business needs
  • Support sales team to manage internal issues or escalations (if any)
  • Full awareness of the Order Intake forecasted figures, of risks, of actions ongoing to fix, of Upsides and the relevant actions to materialize them
  • Key/Strategic Deals tracking and follow-up
  • Tools you will use: Sales Force / CRM, Einstein Analytics / PBI, Redbox ,MDG (focus on: customers master data) support
