Enterprise Operation Center (EOC) is looking for new team members who are willing to learn more about the IT domain and its processes. After the initial training period, you will be working with the team and participate in tasks and projects, seeking at securing system boundaries and sensitive data.
- Provide Level 1 mentorship inside Aplication Hosting Solutions for incidents and issues to which we are advised by our customers or by supervising systems
- Ticketing system oppertation
- 24x7 L1 support and tasks for SH/SAP/ATM/DBA
- Cross tower Monitoring and Incident Support
- Tackle issues
- Assure the operation of Hardware and Software systems
- Conduct all preparative actions in order to ensure full operation and availability of the environment
- Take all preparative actions to ensure the quality and continuous optimization based on service levels
- Self-motivated
- Proactive and flexible
- Basic knowledge of Windows, UNIX, Linux, Database (Level 1, but not 0)
- Excellent command of English
- French Spanish German is a plus
- Work in shifts, 24/7 support
- Ability to work well as a team member
- Methodical and focused approach to work
- Very good communication abilities
- Initiative and good learning abilities
