IT Service Manager prime accountability:
- Drive daily operations and Service Level Management for the assigned service(s)
- Primary service contact between the CDE/SDM and delivery organization
- Provide technical leadership in the operational matrix across practices
- Monitor workload and performance of individual resources supporting service(s)
- Proactive analysis of out of line situations and prioritizing with SDM/CDE.
- Lead competency management, skills assessment and development
