To support our growth in Romania we are hiring new colleagues for an IT Service Management Academy program!

IT Service Manager prime accountability:

  • Drive daily operations and Service Level Management for the assigned service(s)
  • Primary service contact between the CDE/SDM and delivery organization
  • Provide technical leadership in the operational matrix across practices
  • Monitor workload and performance of individual resources supporting service(s)
  • Proactive analysis of out of line situations and prioritizing with SDM/CDE.
  • Lead competency management, skills assessment and development
