The team you’ll be part of
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
You will be part of the Sales support team for the Enterprise business group. Our team focusses on generating analytics and insights for our Enterprise leadership. Recently we have started on a journey to develop a holistic data lake and automate analysis which should give us new data insights as well as predict our KPIs. We need skilled data scientists and engineers to work with our team and drive this transformation.
What you will learn and contribute to
- Shape the Digital strategy for Nokia’s Enterprise business – As an early Data Science expert in our team, you will get a chance to define how we build our strategy and systems to make full use of automation and AI
- Learn about tools and systems like Salesforce, ERPs and Power BI through our skilled teams and internal knowledge centres
- Automate reporting – You would be required to work with the analysts to define and implement real time dashboards and standard reporting apps
- Manage Databases – Define and implement a database strategy and model to bring in various sources of data together (e.g. ERPs, Salesforce, SAP, pCube, etc). Acquire, clean and structure data from multiple sources and maintain databases/data systems. Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Prediction Models – Define use cases which would be solved with AI. Develop, prototype, test and implement the models.
Your skills and experience
- Business reporting experience – Power Bi, Tableau Analytics, Power Apps, etc;
- You know how to work a problem from beginning to end with data science tools and techniques, including data manipulation (SQL, Hadoop, etc.).
- Experience with databases is essential. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc).
Nice to have:
- Technical knowledge in descriptive and predictive modelling along with Machine learning skills
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R
