The team you’ll be part of

Our team is offering Project management services related to Maintenance contracts for the solutions offered by Nokia (IPs, Optics, Fixed Network), having a large portfolio of customers worldwide.

 

You will have the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment, collaborating with various teams all over the world and applying the best practices from a project management perspective, having the possibility to grow your technical and financial expertise and improve your communication skills in the day-to-day interaction with our customers.

 

What you will learn and contribute to

 

The RDC Assistant Care PM will be responsible for supporting Care PM, ensuring that operational and business objectives are achieved.

  • Support maintenance contract implementation;
  • Support operational activity, KPI and performance;
  • Analyse install base information ensuring accuracy against contractual status.

 

Your skills and experience

Mandatory:

  • Is currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master’s university degree in Electronics and Telecommunications or Computer Science or Economics and Business Administration;
  • Is fluent in English (both in written and oral communication);
  • Computer Skills: Requires use of a computer to create standardized documents, reports or graphics using software packages such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
  • Organized and oriented to detail

Nice to have:

  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Accountability
