Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for an AR Specialist to be part of our team.
We are aiming to find that person that has an eye for the detail, it's a great team player and knows

Requirements
• University degree in Economics or related field
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (eg. Excel)
• Previous experience with SAP systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and autonomously handle tasks
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Advanced German and English skills
Responsibilities
• Maintaining the project controlling and billing system
• Generating invoices and account statements
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Producing monthly financial and management reports
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
• Assisting in general project management and analysis
