Maintenance Coordinator
Roles & Responsibilities:
- People
- Overall responsible for human resources in the Maintenance area, such as Maintenance Engineer ,Maintenance Shift Leader and Maintenance Technicians

- Offers coordination, support, prioritization and controlling guidance for the team;
- Allocates projects, priorities and responsibilities for carrying out customer focus
- Ensures the overall management of the team‘s projects
- Assures timely and proper feedback for the team members, accompanied with guidance for development or corrective actions
- Responsible for the personal development plan for all team members
- Ensures that team actions are closed correctly and timely manner
- Leads, guides and participate directly, when case, to overall
- Customers (Internal and External)

- Defining specific procedures for maintenance process in KERO;
- Coordination of specific activities to ensure safety purposes in the Maintenance area;
- Knows and understands the operation and maintenance of equipment in the production area, and is responsible for compliance with specific requirements and specifications for equipment maintenance;
- Defines the maintenance procedures of the production equipment;
- Establishes the persons responsible for the periodic maintenance processes, establishes the maintenance plan;
- Defines the escalation process within the maintenance department in case of downtime situations, in accordance with the escalation process at site level;
- Defines the actions to be performed by each person involved in the preventive / corrective maintenance process;
- Informs all responsible roles within the company about the importance, planning of specific activities related to the maintenance of production equipment;
- Plans and coordinates the budget execution for the Maintenance area (ex: purchase of spare parts and materials, tools, eg.);
- Undertakes all necessary steps to ensure compliance with and application of procedures in the area of maintenance of production equipment;
- Improvement
- Overall focus for continuous improvement: maintenance and overall contribution of maintenance area for company continuous improvement
- Inspires the team for searching better solutions for own work (tools, process, risks, etc.)
Candidate profile:
- University studies completed (Engineering)
- Trainings / certifications / training sessions in the electronic production industry (EMS)
- Know the production process and equipment used in the EMS industry
- +3 years previous experience as a maintenance engineer
- +3 years EMS industry experience
- English - advanced level
- Knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
