Test Engineer

Main areas of responsibility:

A. Development functional testers
- Develop testers from all aspects including electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical automation, platform, software, ergonomics, safety and serviceability
- Develop manufacturing test specifications, test procedures, and test strategies.
- Develop and implement production automated unit level tests and system level functional tests.
- Perform design for testability analysis on PCBA’s and system level assemblies.

B. Support functional testers
- Support functional testers from all aspects including electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical automation, platform, software, ergonomics, safety, and serviceability
- Responds to technical test and product issues which may occur in production.
- Coordinate test development projects with test equipment suppliers
- Assist test technician with understanding of test systems and test software.
- Provide leadership to test technicians and operators

C. Continuous improvement of functional testers
- Continuous improvement of functional test from all aspects including electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical automation, platform, software, ergonomics, safety, and serviceability
- Design in and continuously improve tester and test process RAS (reliability, availability, serviceability) and safety.
- Collect and review test/yield data to continuously improve test processes, test coverage, and fault isolation algorithms

Candidate profile
- University degree in Technical field
- Internship in technical area or technical trainings are a plus
- Ability to translate theory into practice
- Open-minded – Willing to embrace change
- Logical and full cycle thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- English: advanced knowledge
- PC literate
