Job Description
You will have the opportunity to learn what an L1 IT Technician does, like:
How to troubleshoot different issues (office, windows, outlook, internet, specific applications, hardware);
How to provide accurate and optimal IT solutions via telephone, e-mails or chat;
How to comply with project’s performance indicators, ecc.
