Middleware Application Specialist

The individual should have hands-on experience working within an enterprise wide data center environment with various infrastructure management products, including but not limited to

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant Microsoft Windows Server System Administration experience, day to day, hands on Microsoft or Linux Operating System experience in a large enterprise (datacenter) environment;
• Strong experience with any of IIS, CRM, Biztalk, ISA/TMG/UAG, SecureGuard, Ikarus;
• Strong understanding of proxy and reverse proxy;
• Use of scripting and automation tools;
• Rollout of applications and OS upgrades;
• Installation and configuration of a new server (application level) for a specific environment;
• Experience with performance monitoring and tuning tools, installation, configuration, problem determination, system recovery and security on Microsoft or Linux operating systems;
• Order & implementation of Server Digital Certificates

Desired profile

• Must be able lead the analysis into situations and problems to determine how to resolve problems and the root cause of these problems;
• Responsible for following change control procedures to plan/test/implement Infrastructure changes in coordination with business owners;
• Work with documentation to acquire the necessary know-how specific to supporting this Linux environment and related deliverables.
• Developer Skills would be a plus;
