▪ 6 months in Plant Controlling in home country, learning on-the-job and get to know all controlling-related topics in the home plant
▪ Introduction to controlling processes and systems in a PLT/CVT Plant
▪ General Introduction to production processes, Rubber Technologies, Material’s flow - deeper introduction to plant operations
▪ 6 months in Central Controlling in Hanover
▪ Project-based training and assignments
▪ In-depth understanding of central controlling, related systems and projects
technical trainings, e.g. LIFT (Learning Initiative for Tires)
▪ Extrafunctional trainings on team building, intercultural awareness, Continental Business System, soft skills
▪ 6 months in Plant Controlling in a plant abroad
Controlling projects within the plant
▪ Involvement and contribution to day-to-day business

Qualifications

  Profound theoretical background in the controlling/finance area

  Preferably 1-2 years experience

  Fluent in English

  University degree in business administration with majors in controlling, finance, accounting, corporate management or similar qualification

  Relevant internships, ideally abroad

  Excellent English Skills

  Office Software Intermediate
