Responsibilities:
- coordinate calendar, travel, meeting and schedule arrangements for the manager, staff, business partners and customers,
- includes initiating contact and securing appointments, equipment and facilities as appropriate,
- administrative and functional activates including translation of documents and email English/Romanian,
- participation in meetings and fluent Romanian translation,
- prepares and sends business correspondence,
- product & supplier database management,
- creating reports on product performance,
- supporting the team by process management,
- communication with suppliers.

Requirements:
- excellent verbal and writing communication skills,
- really good organizational and time management skills,
- able to adapt quickly, handle multiple task and prioritize,
- discrete, reserved and able to handle business, personal information with the highest level of confidence,
- team working and Interpersonal skills,
- good knowledge of Office, Power Point, Excel,
- availability to travel.
